As a VMD Specialist at Intrum in Athens will be responsible for the accurate, complete and timely maintenance of the master data objects and for maximizing the efficiency and performance of VMD across all internal systems and areas within the company. What will you do : Execute all master data operations as per defined timelines. Deliver accurate maintenance of master data objects Deliver quality checks and data validations as per defined processes and timelines Ensure supporting documentation and approval processes are in place Ensure that all process controls are operational, actively identifying control gaps and recommend possible solutions Work in utilizing the automated processes and contribute to further process improvements Ensure compliance with ESO standard processes and Service Partnership Agreements (SPAs) Interaction with internal and stakeholders to resolve any vendor data queries Conduct data cleaning to rid the system of old, unused data, or duplicate data for better management and quicker access
