Requirements

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 4-7 years of experience in HRBP, Talent Management, Employee Experience, or HR Generalist roles.
• Experience supporting business teams in high-growth, technology, healthcare, or startup environments.
• Strong exposure to performance management, employee engagement, HR operations, analytics, and compliance.
• Proficiency in HRMS platforms, reporting tools, and AI-enabled productivity solutions.

Role Overview We are looking for a highly driven and business-oriented Assistant Manager - Talent Management & Operations to partner with leaders across India and the US in driving organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and performance excellence. This role is 70% Talent Management and 30% Operations. This role combines HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, and People Analytics. The ideal candidate will leverage data, technology, and AI-driven insights to enhance employee experience, strengthen organizational capability, and ensure operational excellence across the employee lifecycle.
