Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a high volume of roles across technical, business support, and senior positions. Partnering closely with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners to understand resourcing needs, providing guidance, and ensuring a seamless hiring process.
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles across the organization.

- ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment in a corporate or agency setting.
- Track record of successfully recruiting technical, engineering, and business support candidates.
- Strong sourcing expertise using diverse methods to build talent pipelines.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and adapt recruitment strategies to meet challenging or evolving hiring needs.
- Proficiency in using ATS software and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
- Proven ability to negotiate job offers and manage candidate expectations effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
