Marketing Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support to the Marketing and Sales teams to enable successful outbound lead generation.
• Serve as a control point for accurate data entry and proper lead routing across systems.
• Maintain and regularly refresh reporting dashboards; prepare monthly and ad-hoc performance reports.
• Collaborate with the Sales Business Development team to identify and source new lead opportunities.
• Partner with Salesforce and HubSpot development teams to recommend enhancements and troubleshoot system issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 1-4 years of experience; familiarity with HubSpot and/or Salesforce preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business teams.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, analytical approach to problem solving.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a high degree of accountability.
• Willingness to work a 3 PM-12 AM shift
• Work Location & Schedule:
• Amenable working at Makati City on a midshift schedule (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Manila Time)
• First 2 to 3 months of employment will be in full onsite (Mondays-Fridays) for training purposes, then hybrid work arrangement moving forward (3 days in the office per week).
