Responsibilities

- Assist with disciplinary matters and HR compliance issues when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in payroll, recruitment, and work pass administration.
- Familiar with Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM)regulations and employment laws.
- Experience handling Work Pass applications.
- Experience working with blue-collar or operational workforce is preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems.
- Knowledge of Employment Act and foreign manpower regulations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
