As a Senior Product Owner in our Corporate Sales Product team you will be creating powerful Salesforce solutions. In this pivotal individual-contributor position, you will play a critical role as the single accountable product owner for Salesforce developments, defining, prioritizing, and delivering the product roadmap while owning the full lifecycle from backlog to go-live. Together with Sales, Tech, and Business stakeholders, you'll be driving platform initiatives that act as the central link between business needs and technical execution, delivering measurable value to ensure our CRM ecosystem evolves continuously and powers SIXT's corporate growth. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You own the end-to-end Salesforce product backlog, translating business requirements from Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint-ready tickets You define and maintain the Salesforce product roadmap, prioritising initiatives based on business impact, technical feasibility, stakeholder alignment, with clear milestones and measurable KPIs You drive requirements workshops and discovery sessions with business stakeholders, and collaborate closely with Salesforce developers throughout the full delivery cycle - from refinement, sprint planning through UAT, release, and hypercare You lead user onboarding and change management for new Salesforce features, creating clear communication, training materials, and adoption tracking to maximise rollout success You monitor Salesforce product performance through relevant metrics including adoption rates, data quality, sales productivity indicators and derive data-informed decisions for continuous improvement, while ensuring all developments comply with SIXT's data governance standards You build strong working relationships with Sales leadership, CRM, and the broader Tech organisation, acting as the authoritative voice of the Salesforce product and managing 1st-level support prioritisation YOUR SKILLS MATTER You hold a Bachelor's Engineering and Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field You have 7+ years relevant experience as a product owner or Senior Product Manager role, with strong command of backlog management, user story writing, acceptance criteria, sprint planning, and stakeholder prioritisation in an agile environment You bring hands-on experience as a product owner or business analyst for Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or equivalent), with a good understanding of how CRM tools drive B2B sales productivity You are comfortable defining success metrics for your product, tracking adoption and performance, and using data to prioritise the backlog and demonstrate value delivered You communicate with clarity at all levels from engineering squads to business stakeholders and translate technical constraints into business language vice versa You have a working understanding of AI and automation capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem
