About the role

FLINT is seeking a Pipefitter Foreperson with construction supervisory experience in oil and gas industry for a permanent job in Fort McMurray, AB starting, May 19th, 2026. In this position, you will enjoy a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule, 12-hour workdays, camp accommodation, flights provided from the flight hubs (Calgary or Edmonton), and benefits after 300+ hours worked. Minimum 4 years' experience in maintenance and construction supervisory in oil and gas industry. Valid Journeyperson Pipefitter certificate/ticket. Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements: CSTS-2020 H2S Alive Fall Protection Standard First Aid WHMIS Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions. Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required. Must have own reliable transportation to site. Valid driver's license and clean 5-year Driver's Abstract with under 6 demerits. This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
