YOUR ROLE Responsible to the Manufacturing Superintendent for implementing manufacturing systems that ensure compliance with their area's Quality, Cost, and Delivery objectives. In your daily job you will: Meet the Labor and Production Efficiency Objective in your area Improve quality (PRRs, WIRs, SPILLS, and system failures) Reduce costs in areas under your responsibility. Implement and maintain your area's DBS, BSI, and ISO 14000 standards. Meet the Education and Maintenance objectives of your team. Develop cost reduction and continuous improvement projects. Adhere to the production plan Strategy to close QVC gaps. Effective leadership of the value chain and its interactions Effective overtime management. Comply with PPN programs Maintain the operating system. Any other work-related activity related to their position YOUR BACKGROUND Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field 5+ years of experience in a similar position Intermediate English Experience in automotive cable cutting Komax machinery knowledge People management Team work orientated Results-oriented WHY JOIN US?
