Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Journeyman card or equivalent hands-on maintenance experience required (not an apprenticeship role)
- At least 1 year of maintenance experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities with automation systems, including PLCs and electronic circuitry
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Experience using hand tools and power tools common in electrical and mechanical trades
- Basic proficiency with Windows-based software applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
