Industrial Maintenance Technician - Electrical Systems

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations by ensuring the optimal performance of production equipment and facilities. This role involves performing complex repairs, conducting preventive and predictive maintenance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability. TAC Manufacturing, Inc. is a Japanese owned automotive parts supplier, serving the Japanese Transplants (Toyota, Nissan, Subaru, etc.) as well as the domestic OEMs (Ford and GM). Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Journeyman card or equivalent hands-on maintenance experience required (not an apprenticeship role)
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities with automation systems, including PLCs and electronic circuitry
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Experience using hand tools and power tools common in electrical and mechanical trades
• Basic proficiency with Windows-based software applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
