Onboarding Consultant

About the role

An Onboarding Consultant is a trusted adviser to customers, guiding them through the full software implementation lifecycle. You will configure systems, manage data migrations, deliver training, and provide strategic guidance to ensure successful adoption and long-term value.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding projects for small to mid-sized businesses, managing multiple implementations simultaneously and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
• Build strong, trust-based client relationships, delivering proactive, high-standard customer service and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Create and maintain clear documentation and training materials to support implementation, knowledge transfer, and ongoing success.
• Continuously improve processes, develop your expertise, and leverage new technologies to enhance service quality and drive customer satisfaction.
• Your skills and experience might also include:
• Experience working with customers in a service-oriented environment or implementing software solutions for small to mid-sized businesses.
• Strong passion for delivering high-quality customer service, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously while quickly learning new applications and emerging technologies, including AI.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in virtual and in-person environments.
