About the role
We are seeking a high-potential AI Analyst to leverage advanced analytics and AI-driven insights to help scale our business across marketing , pricing , product , and competitive market trends. In this role, you will be hands-on with data and machine learning tools to scale tools and solutions to uncover actionable business insights. As a key part of our Analytics team, you will help the organization to scale use of AI in driving recommendations to drive growth and efficiency, while developing your leadership skills as the role will have a team of 1-2 junior analysts. Responsibilities
- Insight Generation: Analyze marketing, pricing, product, and market data using AI/advanced analytics techniques to identify trends, opportunities, and strategies for business growth and scaling.
- Advanced Analytics Solutions: Develop and deploy predictive models, data visualizations, and dashboards that guide strategic decisions (e.g. customer acquisition, pricing optimization, product feature performance, competitive positioning).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams in Marketing, Product, Pricing, Data Science, and Strategy to frame business questions, gather data, and implement data-driven solutions that improve customer engagement and business outcomes.
- Communication of Insights: Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights and present recommendations to stakeholders, including both technical and non-technical audiences, to drive informed decision-making.
- Market & Competitor Analytics: Monitor external market trends and competitor movements, using AI-enabled research and analysis to inform strategic planning and anticipate shifts in the competitive landscape.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance analytics workflows and AI tools, contributing to the evolution of our data practices and the development of scalable analytical frameworks in partnership with senior team members.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and mentor 1-2 junior analysts, overseeing their project work, fostering their professional growth, and cultivating a collaborative, data-driven culture within the team.
- Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field. (Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus but not required.)
- Experience: Prior experience (e.g. 2+ years) in analytics, data science, or business intelligence. Hands-on experience with data analysis and exposure to AI/ML techniques. Familiarity with marketing, pricing, or product analytics is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages (SQL, Python/R) and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or similar). Comfort with machine learning methodologies and cloud data environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Analytical & Business Acumen: Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset with the capacity to derive actionable insights that drive business performance. Ability to connect analytical outcomes to real-world business strategies and growth opportunities.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and data storytelling skills. Able to clearly present complex analyses to diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making. A collaborative team player who thrives at the intersection of data, marketing, product, and strategy.
