Responsibilities
- Finance & Accounting
- Manage full set of accounts and ensure timely monthly closing.

- Ensure accurate and timely payroll, PIT, social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance contributions.
- Support HR administration, including employment contracts, staff records, onboarding and offboarding.
- Coordinate with centre principals on staff movement, attendance, leave and payroll matters.
- Support HR reporting, manpower cost tracking, staff cost analysis and labour compliance requirements.
- Business Support
- Work closely with centre principals, Vietnam management and Singapore HQ on finance and HR matters.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and centre performance reporting.
- Provide finance and HR support for new centre set-up and operational matters.
- Assist in process improvement, internal audit follow-up and management reporting.
- Perform any other duties or projects assigned by management.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource, Business Administration or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, preferably with payroll or HR administration exposure.
- Good knowledge of Vietnam accounting, tax, payroll, labour and statutory requirements.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Vietnamese, with the ability to communicate effectively with Singapore HQ, auditors, tax consultants, banks and government authorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/payroll systems; detailed, hands-on, responsible and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Must be willing to relocate to Vietnam or be based in Vietnam for the role.
