Responsibilities
- Community & Culture
- Heart of the Office: Serve as a welcoming presence, driving engagement through Slack, email, and team-building initiatives.
- Community Builder: Lead the planning and execution of local events, happy hours, and holiday celebrations in Prague.
- Office Operations & Logistics
- Hybrid Management: Provide full-time, in-person support for Prague while managing Berlin's needs remotely.
- Space Excellence: Ensure a safe, functional, and stocked workspace, managing everything from kitchen supplies to cleaning crews and repairs.
- Vendor & Budget Ownership: Manage purchase requisitions, corporate credit card reporting, and local vendor relationships.
- Technical & People Support
- Lifecycle Support: Partner with HR and IT to lead the onboarding and offboarding experience, including workstation setup and device provisioning.
- Tech Coordination: Support office meetings by managing AV equipment and video conferencing setups.
- Logistics & Privacy: Handle sensitive mail and confidential information with the highest level of integrity.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work at our Prague office 5 days per week.
- Schedule: Must be able to work full-time, Monday - Friday.
- Languages: Must have a high level of Czech and English language proficiency.
- Experience: Background in office management or admin within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Event & Travel Savvy: Proven track record in managing complex travel bookings and event planning across multiple time zones.
- Financial Literacy: Comfortable managing budgets, expenses, and financial processes.
- Tech-Forward: Proficiency in Google Suite and a preference for digital, "non-paper" workflows.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with everyone from new joiners to executive leadership.
