Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing the knowledge management strategy, roadmap, and operating model for the Digital function.

  • Effectively leverage Microsoft Copilot-content hygiene, permissions, information architecture, sensitivity labels, and governance.
  • Consult with other lines of business and functional areas on cross-domain system integration.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to regularly review and refine content to ensure ongoing business relevance.
  • Set knowledge management objectives, define KPIs, and leverage data and analytics to continually improve the user experience.
  • Produce and review reporting on content quality, site performance, and user adoption; present insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop end-user documentation and training materials; deliver training and escalate capability gaps as needed.

Requirements

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in knowledge management, content management, or a related discipline.
  • Expertise with Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online (required).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Forms (or comparable forms tool) to design and maintain business forms and surveys (required).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and web analytics tools preferred.
  • Demonstrated project management experience and understanding of project life cycles.
  • Technical/Soft Skills:
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and influence outcomes.
  • Proven success operating in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to remain composed and effective under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • General understanding of AI concepts and use cases within a knowledge management environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Search.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Experience with web analytics tools (for example, Microsoft Graph, Google Analytics, TyGraph, or equivalent).

Key responsibilities include supporting the modernization of Digital's intranet using SharePoint Modern, maintaining accurate and relevant content, streamlining information for internal users, monitoring site usage, managing security and permissions requests, and recommending enhancements to improve the overall user experience. This role partners with business stakeholders to define information architecture and user experience standards; oversees content governance and quality assurance; and establishes processes to ensure content remains accurate, relevant, and current. This position is part of the Enterprise Knowledge Management team and supports knowledge-related initiatives and activities, ongoing system maintenance, training support, reporting, and operational efficiency.
