Operations Manager for FedEx pickup and delivery Starting Salary: From $78,000 per year Ground Logistics is seeking a motivated, hands-on leader to oversee daily operations of FedEx package pickup and delivery. This is a key leadership role within our organization, responsible for driving performance, safety, and team culture. You will play a direct role in the success of the operation each day. You'll be present in the terminal, hiring, training and leading drivers and supervisors, keeping vehicles maintained, solving problems in real time, and maintaining a strong partnership with FedEx leadership. This role requires consistency, flexibility, and availability. Operational needs may require early mornings, extended days, or weekend involvement.
