Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, advertising, media, marketing, or business development (TV/digital experience is a plus-but if you're a fast learner, we'll train).
- Strong communication skills and comfortable presenting to decision-makers.
- Competitive, self-motivated, and organized-someone who loves goals and chasing wins.
- Able to think strategically: you don't just sell spots-you sell solutions.
- Comfortable using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and CRM systems.
- A team-first attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Experience selling CTV/streaming, programmatic, paid social, or paid search.
