We are looking for a proactive, execution-focused International Marketing Business Partner (MBP) to support Solera's regional marketing initiatives across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. This pivotal role bridges regional Sales needs with centralized marketing strategy, ensuring timely, high-impact campaign execution that drives revenue and brand relevance in local markets. Success in this position requires strong digital fluency and the ability to leverage AI-powered tools for campaign optimization, content creation, and performance tracking-helping us move faster, work smarter, and maximize impact across every stage of the marketing funnel.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Execution
  • Deploy regional marketing campaigns aligned to priorities set by the International Strategic Marketing Director.
  • Collaborate in marketing and sales strategy across multiple geographies
  • Support campaign localization, creative asset coordination, and sales enablement activities.
  • Sales & Market Partnering
  • Act as a key point of contact for local Sales teams and business stakeholders.
  • Capture local market insights and feedback to inform broader campaign decisions.
  • Collaborate on pipeline acceleration initiatives and co-marketing activities.
  • Content & Social Support
  • Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to ensure timely production and delivery of marketing content.
  • Manage regional inputs for social media platforms, digital campaigns, and event activations.
  • Support regional stakeholders for local social media activity
  • Measurement & Optimization
  • Track and report on campaign KPIs using tools such as Salesforce and social analytics.
  • Recommend data-driven optimizations to increase marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, or campaign management.
  • An over the top interest in international markets and audiences
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce and social media platforms.
  • Expertise leveraging AI tools for content creation
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects across regions.
  • Experience supporting Sales and working in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
