Requirements

  • Starting salary: $144,241 annually, plus comprehensive benefits.

  • Required Education and Experience
  • License Requirement
  • License to practice as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of New York
  • Education and Experience
  • Doctor of Pharmacy degree; or
  • Master's degree and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time clinical pharmacy or pharmacy-related experience; or
  • Bachelor's degree and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time clinical pharmacy or pharmacy-related experience.
  • NOTES:
  • Incumbents must be credentialed as a member of the organization Medical Staff (Allied Health Professional) within four months of date of hire as a condition of continued employment.
  • Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
  • At least 1 of the following: Completed PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency Board certified In the process of completion of PGY2 Pharmacy Specialty Residency Program
  • Experience in all 3 of the following: 1. 3+ years of work experience in a position of Clinical Pharmacist Specialist (PGY1 Pharmacy Residency accounted for 3 years of clinical experience
  • Experience in of the following: Contributions to scholar activities (within the last 3 years) such as research, publications, and poster presentation . Experience in developing programs contributing to pharmacy practice and patient safety and experience.
