About the role

Integration of hardware / software on new generation devices as well as older platforms across host, visual and other systems Preparation of simulators for testing (internal and customer) Assistance with testing of devices, as required Work with the engineering team to integrate mod kits and maintain master configurations (visual, host, other) Configuration manage development and integration environments to insure configuration control and all work takes place in a correct and consistent environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering or Computer Science; or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of software-hardware interface concepts.
  • Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., GitHub).
  • Ability to work in a hybrid nature from the Homebush office (3 days on site per week and 2 days of flexibility).
  • Ability to obtain or maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance - must be an Australian citizen!
  • Solid understanding of the Systems Engineering Lifecycle.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues
