Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Willing to obtain NJ Pharmacy Technician License (we will train you)
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and safety guidelines
• Basic math skills (ratios, percentages, measurements)
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and work in a lab/production setting

Compensation: $18.75/hour Benefits: Eligible How You'll Make an Impact Package compounded medications into final containers under pharmacist supervision Support production by preparing trays, sleeves, and labels Set up and break down packaging equipment Operate production equipment and assist with medication mixing Maintain accurate documentation and follow quality control procedures Work on your feet in a fast-paced, team-focused production environment
