Specialist - Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Determine selection criteria
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks like Facebook, Indeed, BossJobs, and Jobstreet)
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Requirements

• Have at least of 2 years experience in end-to-end recruiting (Sourcing to Onboarding)
• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, have an experience in volume hiring or similar role
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
• Bachelor's degree in any field (extensive experience required if not a degree holder)
• Account management/Stakeholder management experience
• Amenable to work on Midshift
• Amenable to work on QC/BGC
• Can start ASAP
