About the role

Established construction company with strong project pipeline Salary up to $8,000 (Depending on Experience) East Singapore Career progression and long-term stability Job Scope: Manage construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Oversee site progress, manpower deployment, project schedules, and resource allocation to achieve project milestones. Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents while resolving project and site-related issues. Monitor project cost, variation works, procurement activities, and overall project performance. Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies. Attend project meetings and prepare progress reports for management and stakeholders. Lead and supervise project teams to ensure effective communication and successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience managing building construction projects.
• Experience in landed residential, reconstruction, A&A, or private residential projects will be advantageous.
• Familiar with project planning, construction methodology, and site management.
