WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE JOB: The Manager, Core Compensation is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing base compensation programs that support the organization's talent strategy and business objectives. This role ensures that compensation structures remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with market trends and internal pay philosophy. The Manager leads and develops a remotely located team of compensation professionals, providing direction, coaching, and oversight to ensure high-quality analysis, consistent practices, and strong service delivery. The role encompasses strategic consulting, tactical execution, and leadership of project initiatives. This role provides thought leadership and consultation to Senior Leaders, HR leaders and cross functional business unit teams to design programs that align with organization and business unit priorities. The work location for this exciting opportunity is virtual. The selected candidate will work 100% remotely from home and can be located anywhere in the United States with a preference to work East Coast or Central hours.
