Coordinates all activities for processing routine and ad hoc payroll runs. Prepares periodic reports of earning, taxes, and deductions and bi-weekly reports for requesting departments. Processes garnishments, child support, tax levy, bankruptcy, etc. including employee notifications and appropriate withholding. Reconciles and processes quarterly reports. Reconciles and submits billings for TDA's. Assists auditors with requested information. Responds to employment verification requests from outside sources. Collects, verifies, and stores organizational payroll data. Reconciles payroll-related general ledger and prepares reports or statements summarizing payroll-related accounts. May interact with third-party payroll or benefit vendors. Act in accordance with the established mission, vision, and values. Abide by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability privacy and security regulations regarding all aspects of Protected Health Information (PHI). Maintain effective communication and professional working relationships with patients/clients and their representatives, team members, contractors, physicians, peers, outside agencies, and the public.
