Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and text messaging using established scripts, tools, and procedures.
- Collect required customer and order information and accurately create and update cases within the support ticketing system.
- Enter and process warranty and non‑warranty orders in accordance with documented procedures.
- Set up and process warranty exchanges under defined guidelines.
- Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to resolve basic shipping issues and order discrepancies.
- Assist customers with website sales inquiries and guided transaction support.

- WHAT TO BRING
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- 1+ years of customer service or administrative support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to sit or remain stationary for extended periods of time.
- Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM Eastern
