Role Summary and Impact We are currently looking for a Senior Media Planner - Traditional to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with the Business Director and existing teams to develop and execute effective traditional media strategies across TV, Radio, Print, Outdoor, and other offline channels for a portfolio of leading brands. In this role, your goals will be: In Three Months: Develop a strong understanding of client businesses, objectives, and media requirements. Manage day-to-day client expectations and deliverables effectively. Support the planning and execution of traditional media campaigns across multiple channels. In Six Months: Independently lead media planning for assigned brands and accounts. Build strong relationships with media partners and negotiate competitive media solutions. Contribute strategic recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and client outcomes. In 12 Months: Become a trusted media advisor for clients and internal stakeholders. Lead media planning discussions and mentor junior team members. Drive innovation in traditional media strategies and contribute to new business pitches. What Your Day Job Looks Like at Wavemaker Contribute to media strategy development through market analysis, audience insights, and competitive reviews. Develop integrated traditional media plans across Television, Radio, Print, Outdoor, and Cinema. Coordinate with media vendors, publishers, broadcasters, and internal teams to ensure timely campaign execution. Monitor campaign delivery, track performance, and provide post-campaign analysis and recommendations. Manage media bookings, releases, documentation, and financial processes. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and media partners. Support negotiations and secure optimal media placements and value-added opportunities. Ensure all campaigns are delivered in line with client objectives, timelines, and budgets.
