Your potential is our inspiration. Where You'll Make a Difference Define and own the end-to-end data architecture - from source systems through ingestion, storage, transformation, and consumption. Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models for enterprise domains (Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, R&D, HR). Establish and enforce data modelling standards, naming conventions, and design patterns across teams. Architect data integration pipelines connecting SAP, Oracle ERP, Salesforce, Workday, and other enterprise applications to the cloud data platform. Design and optimize the Cloud Data Warehouse (Snowflake / Redshift / Synapse) including layered architecture (Bronze / Silver / Gold), partitioning, clustering, and cost optimization. Lead the design of DBT models, transformations, and data products with strong CI/CD and testing practices. Define data quality, master data, metadata, and lineage frameworks; partner with Data Governance to operationalize them. Collaborate with InfoSec and Compliance on data classification, masking, access controls, and regulatory requirements (GDPR, CCPA, SOX). Develop and maintain architecture artifacts - reference architectures, data flow diagrams, ER models, technology roadmaps. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or any other related discipline. Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or data architecture roles. 3+ years in a senior or lead architect capacity owning enterprise-scale data initiatives. Demonstrated experience delivering at least one end-to-end modernization from legacy on-prem to cloud data platform. Deep expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data modelling - dimensional (Kimball), 3NF, Data Vault, and hybrid approaches. Hands-on proficiency with data modelling tools such as erwin Data Modeler, SAP Power Designer, ER/Studio, or equivalent. Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture patterns - Medallion architecture, lakehouse, data mesh, hub-and-spoke. Experience designing semantic / analytical layers for BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense / QlikView. Understanding of self-service analytics enablement, certified datasets, and report governance. How Would You Stand Out? Experience with AI/ML data pipelines and feature stores supporting GenAI and predictive analytics use cases. Familiarity with Python or PySpark for data engineering workflows.
