Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machinery, tools, and equipment safely and effectively
• Assemble mechanical/electrical components according to technical specifications
• Perform quality checks and maintain compliance with ISO, DoD, and internal standards
• Maintain accurate production logs, inventory records, and workflow documentation
• Identify production issues and coordinate corrective actions with supervisors
• Support preventive maintenance tasks and shop-floor safety protocols
• Work collaboratively with engineering and logistics teams to meet production deadlines
