Role Overview: As an Enrollment & EDI Processor, you will: Process enrollments, terminations, and changes through the system with a thorough understanding of each clients enrollment requirements Proper and expeditious answering of all client questions regarding enrollment procedures and/or problems Review daily reports from EDI loads. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to vendors on items needing review; Work with internal IT team on internal errors Ensure daily reporting provides all information needed to follow all policy and procedures as defined by Underwriting Troubleshooting ongoing file issues
