About the role
Ensuring smooth operation of VIP activations, such as early entries, VIP lounges, and other tour auxiliary activities. Creatively resolve guests' troubles up to the level where intervention by a supervisor is required. Set up and tear down VIP activations. Remain calm and direct guests to the designated area of safety in the event of an emergency. Remain calm in the presence of artists and touring personnel. Hours of work include days, nights, weekends, and holidays, meeting all call times as set by management. Other duties and unexpected needs as assigned by tour and venue management.
Requirements
- Education and/or Experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School degree or equivalent is required.
- Skills and Abilities
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience in handling conflict in a friendly and effective manner.
- Ability to read and understand English.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to follow directions and effectively perform the work.
