- Strong knowledge of scheduling practices, staffing coordination, and workflow management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure appropriate coverage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling software, and electronic medical record (EMR) systems, with the ability to maintain accurate records and generate reports.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including training, onboarding, and supporting scheduling staff while serving as a resource for team members and branch leadership.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with clinicians, patients, and leadership while maintaining a high level of customer service.
