Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the regional strategy for Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Raw Material Quality , aligned with LATAM business objectives

  • Promote a quality mindset culture , where quality is a shared organizational responsibility
  • Act as a business partner , aligning quality with growth, competitiveness, and customer satisfaction objectives

Requirements

  • Education
  • Degree in Engineering, Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related fields
  • (Postgraduate degree is a plus)
  • +10 years in Quality Assurance / Regulatory / Food Safety
  • Experience leading senior teams
  • Background in industries such as: Food
  • Agribusiness
  • Feed / industrial production
  • Experience implementing quality systems and certifications (HACCP, ISO, etc.)
  • Key Knowledge
