Safety Specialist

About the role

Join our team as a Safety Specialist and contribute to maintaining and strengthening a proactive safety culture across airline operations. You'll support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Safety Management System, analyze safety data and trends, and assist management in risk-based decision-making. Through effective reporting, training coordination, and safety promotion, you'll play a key role in enhancing operational safety and performance. Implementation, maintenance, and administration of the Safety Management System (SMS) Hazard identification, risk analysis, safety reporting, and trend analysis Support to management in safety and risk management activities, including SRB/SAG data preparation Planning and coordination of SMS training and safety promotion activities Maintenance of safety documentation, Hazard Log, and reporting systems Analysis and reporting of the Airline's safety performance Secondary education Data management, analytical and problem-solving skills Computer literacy and experience with reporting systems General knowledge of related aviation regulations Fluent English (written and spoken) and impeccable professional reputation Exciting challenges and opportunity to grow in ever-changing, dynamic aviation industry Ability to travel to our destinations for minimal cost Financial gifts for family occasions or emergencies Additional day off during the birthday month Additional benefits package: various partners discounts and offers, health insurance, team buildings, games, food treats, other fun activities in the office Monthly salary: 2070 - 2450 EUR gross.
