HR Office Clerk - Napoleon, OH (On-Site) Reporting to the Plant Human Resources Manager, the HR Office Clerk provides essential administrative support within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with core human resources processes, and completing daily clerical and administrative tasks. This is an on-site, part-time position based in Napoleon, OH, working Monday through Friday, 25-28 hours per week. The role requires regular interaction with employees, supervisors, and managers to help ensure efficient and compliant HR operations.
