Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight for all ED physicians and advanced practice providers across all campuses
  • Work to maintain high standards of clinical quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance (e.g., CMS, CIHQ etc.) and professionalism within the departments

Requirements

  • MD MD or DO with board certification in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/ABOEM) or equivalent Required
  • 4-6 years Emergency medicine clinical experience Required
  • 1-3 years Prior leadership experience Preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • Demonstrated experience in quality improvement and operational performance management
  • This position spans two hospitals and three campuses, offering a mix of patient acuity and practice settings, with an emphasis on collaboration, innovation, and delivering high-quality emergency care to the region.
