Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA) is a plus
• 3-5 years or relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency with financial platforms such as Bloomberg, Reuters
• Proficiency with Python and VBA.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions in fast-paced environments.

Position Description We are seeking a motivated and skilled Equity Derivatives Trader with 3-5 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic trading team. The ideal candidate will possess a fundamental understanding of Asia EM markets (ex- China), and relevant experience in index trading with solid knowledge of Delta One products. Key Areas of Responsibilities Build, monitor and execute Delta One strategies which would include and not limit to Index Arbitrage, special situations and pricing equities swaps. Understanding and experience in market making various financial products including ETF market making, MSCi futures and other instruments. Having in-depth knowledge of risk management, hedging, and trading strategies as well as market characteristics. Partnering with various stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration with various internal and external counterparties.
