Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of a defined product portfolio within GARDENA's Amazon Europe Vendor business (EU10) - including revenue, profitability, and investments

  • Strategic discussions, negotiations, and key meetings with Amazon are led jointly as a team, ensuring one consistent GARDENA approach
  • Close alignment within the team is critical to balance growth, profitability, and investment decisions across categories
  • You collaborate closely with Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance to deliver end-to-end results
  • Your Profile:

Requirements

  • Several years of hands-on experience in Amazon Vendor business
  • Proven track record in commercial ownership (revenue + profitability) and negotiations with Amazon
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear commercial actions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills in an international environment
  • Fluent in English required, German is a plus
  • Experience in Powered Garden / seasonal or durable goods business
  • Exposure to pan-European Amazon setups (EU10)
  • Understanding of supply chain / demand planning / Amazon operational models
  • Ideal:
  • Experience working directly at Amazon (Vendor Manager / AVS / Brand Specialist)
  • Experience managing a category or portfolio with clear accountability for revenue, profitability, and commercial steering levers (pricing, investments, promotions)
  • Strong track record in driving growth in complex, dynamic environments
