This role generates and implements the strategy to maximize demand for the therapeutic areas and ensure achievement of the business plan. Areas of Responsibility Plan, organize, and lead Marketing and demand-generation strategies for Immunology portfolio, ensuring achievement of the 2026 business plan. Oversee execution of strategies for the portfolio's indications. Develop and lead the team under their responsibility: Product Managers, Sales Managers, and Sales Representatives. Validate, together with SFE, the sales quota and incentive plan each quarter. Plan and manage the Marketing and Sales P&L.
