Sr. Congress Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage all DePuy Synthes local sponsorship applications, participation and post-event follow-up in a timely manner.
• Manage part-timers to collaborate booth/hands-on preparation.
• Support Manager with logistics and executions of related activities.
• Ensure proper management of required logistics/documents with strong accountability.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with HCC guidelines and KMDIA regulation.
• Manage transparency report

Requirements

• Well organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
• Ability of manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a similar role or within the healthcare industry
• This position may also be hired at the Sr. Coordinator level, with candidates having 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset
• Proficiency in English

The position is responsible for the end-to end management of DePuy Synthes local congress sponsorship including booth, advertisement and related hands-on training preparation, execution and post follow up. Aligned with the BU strategy, this role is to cover overall preparation/management of local sponsorship management, including pre & post documentation, logistics handling in accordance with HCC guide and KMDIA regulation as well as to lead communication with medical societies and internal stakeholders.
