Responsibilities
- To assist current and potential members in all forms of member communication

Join Australia's oldest, registered health fund, RT Health. About the Role RT Health is looking for a Member Services Consultant to join our Member Care team in the contact centre. You will be the first point of contact for all members and other stakeholders when they contact the Fund. You will handle member queries on membership, payments and claims over the phone. You will provide outstanding services to our members and ensure a positive experience. This is a full time, max term contract to July 2028. Hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm. This role is based in the Sydney CBD with hybrid working available after training. You are required to work in the office a minimum of two days a week.
