Your Opportunity We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to provide advisory and operational support for National Tax service line in Canada, reporting into the HR Manager. This is a 12-month contract replacement opportunity where the successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Serving as the key HR point of contact, advising employees and front-line leaders on all aspects of talent management and employee experience Work with HR Centers of Expertise and business leaders to deliver the BDO talent experience - to Attract, Engage and Grow our people Enabling leaders to effectively engage and develop their teams Advising employees and leaders on all talent-related matters, including employee relations, engagement, performance, compensation, organizational structure, workforce planning, inclusion and diversity, development, recruitment, and policy application Working with the HR team to deliver all elements of the National Talent Strategy across the Tax service line Providing reporting and analytics support to the HR Manager to help shape the National Talent Strategy Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team and assisting with recruitment activities as needed Participating in national HR projects How do we define success for your role?
