REQ14707 Senior Manager, HR Services (Open) POSITION SUMMARY The Senior Manager, HR Services plays a key role in leading efficient and compliant HR administration across the organization. This position works closely with HR Compliance to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policy requirements, while driving the standardization of HR processes across all jurisdictions to promote consistency, accuracy, and operational efficiency. The role also supports the Director, HR Services in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across HR processes. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead, mentor, and develop the HR Administration team to deliver efficient and effective support for all HR data processes. Oversee the accurate input and management of employee data throughout the employee lifecycle, including new joiners, internal movements, separations, and counseling cases. Coordinate and support Annual HR Exercises (such as performance reviews, compensation cycles, and other periodic HR initiatives), ensuring all deadlines and quality standards are met. Ensure all Personnel Files (P-Files) are maintained, updated, and filed in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements. Work closely with the HRIS team to configure systems that improve the efficiency and smoothness of data administration processes. Coordinate benefits administration with external service providers to ensure accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with other HR functions and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless HR services. Support internal and external audits by ensuring all HR documentation is complete and readily accessible. Monitor team performance and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Support the Director, HR Services in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across HR processes.
