Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of progressively responsible experience leading engineering design efforts within consulting, infrastructure, transportation, or public works environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams and coordinating complex design programs.
- Strong understanding of engineering design processes, project delivery methods, and technical quality management.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, Revit, or related platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Experience supporting major transportation, transit, water, wastewater, facilities, or heavy civil infrastructure projects.
- Previous experience leading design teams in a consulting engineering environment.
