Job Title Finishing Operator| Sunday- Thursday Position Overview This position is from Sunday- Thursday 11pm-7am. POSITION OBJECTIVE: Responsible for operating the coater at top efficiency. I. Essential Duties: Operate the coater at top efficiency Control the latex adhesive and Precoat process by LCS HMI to ensure proper application Make sure the carpet is dry at the proper back temperature Set Coater Speed, Operate Main Tenter and End Dam Guides, and Monitor all Coater Alarms.
