Responsibilities

Requirements
- 3-7+ years of experience in Commissions, FP&A, or Sales Operations, or related roles within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, retention, renewals, and quota performance.
- Proven experience managing commissions processes and working with data from multiple systems (CRM, ERP, HRIS).
- Advanced Excel modeling and data validation skills
- Hands-on experience with commissions tools (e.g., Xactly, CaptivateIQ, Performio, or similar)
- Strong analytical mindset with a high attention to detail, ability to handle ambiguity, and aptitude for process enhancement.
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated success collaborating across Finance, HR, and Sales.
