Additional Information

DRC is one of the nation's premier trial strategy and data analysis firms. For nearly 30 years, leading law firms and high‑profile litigators have relied on DRC to gain a measurable strategic advantage in high‑stakes litigation. Our work sits at the intersection of litigation strategy, social psychology, data analysis, and information design. We are seeking a full‑time I nformation Design Artist, Business Development & Marketing, to play a critical role in helping DRC win new client engagements. This position focuses on developing persuasive, client‑facing demonstrative aids and visual narratives used in pitches, proposals, and other business development efforts, as well as supporting select firm marketing initiatives. The work you create will be reviewed directly by prospective clients and used to help them decide whether to retain DRC on major matters. This is not a traditional Monday-Friday, 9-5 role. Our business development work often moves quickly and under tight deadlines. This position requires flexibility, including evening and weekend work, to meet DRC's turnaround standards and remain competitive in high‑stakes pursuits. Who This Role Is (and Is Not) For This role is for a designer who enjoys working on complex, high‑pressure assignments where persuasion, judgment, and clarity matter more than polish for polish's sake. It is ideal for someone who is comfortable developing visuals from incomplete or evolving information and who takes ownership of work that directly impacts business outcomes. This role is not ideal for someone seeking a purely production‑based or strictly scheduled design job, or for designers whose primary interest is conceptual exploration without tight deadlines or client‑facing stakes.
