Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, Digital Media, or related field
• 1-3 years' experience in social media content creation or a similar creative role
• Proven track record of high-performing short-form content (TikTok, IG, YouTube)
• Hands-on experience in short-form video production, from concept to editing
• Strong grasp of social media algorithms, trends, and audience behavior
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Creative storytelling skills with an eye for visuals and tone consistency
