Your New Role Claims Risk & Resilience (including FWA) Drive the Claims Risk & Resilience (CRR) strategy and roadmap, ensuring claims‑led risk intelligence is embedded into decision‑making Develop and maintain risk intelligence and tools that inform prevention and mitigation strategies throughout insurance lifecycle Optimize claims‑led Fraud, Waste & Abuse (FWA) detection using data and technology Manage external investigation panels, ensuring the right investigative capability is available Performance, Cost Control & Incident Management Set and drive claims performance targets and actions Drive cost containment strategies to mitigate severity Detect, manage claims‑related incidents Own Asia Advisory Board (AAB) reporting, ensuring insight quality Efficiency, Modernization & Benefit Realization Drive automation, STP and claims modernization initiatives to improve ways of working and claims outcomes Define clear business requirements in partnership with claims teams Work with Actuarial and Finance to measure and track the impact of claims actions Portfolio Optimization & Analysis Develop self‑service portfolio insights (e.g. frequency and severity by segment) that allow the business to independently identify loss trends and patterns Develop clear metrics, alerts and segmentation to guide stakeholders on where deeper portfolio analysis is required About You Relevant years' experience in insurance claims, risk, performance, or analytics Strong cross‑functional experience with Underwriting, Pricing, Actuarial, Finance, and Technology Proven use of data to drive actions and outcomes Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Actuarial Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related discipline
