Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day office administration, including facilities coordination and pantry supply management.

- Support ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, order management, sales administration, or related functions.
- Experience in the IVD, healthcare diagnostics, medical devices, or regulated industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and order management workflows.
- Knowledge of supply chain coordination is required.
- Experience using CRM and ERP systems such as SAGE, SAP, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Power BI knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Able to manage sales documentation, invoices, reports, and customer records accurately.
- Comfortable working in an office-based environment.
- Able to travel when required, approximately 25% of the time.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
