Team Leader, Customer Service

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage indent quotations for Sheets products in line with our commercial strategy and customer agreements
• Calculate and validate pricing, ensuring alignment with cost structures, contracts, and internal policies
• Recommend suitable products and specifications based on customer needs, applications, and sustainability needs
• Turn quotations into accurate orders, ensuring consistency in pricing, terms, and delivery conditions
• Act as a trusted point of contact for customers, communicating clearly on pricing, lead times, and order progress
• Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Production, and Product Management to ensure smooth order execution
• Monitor orders throughout the process, proactively addressing changes and potential delays
• Support the resolution of pricing issues, claims, and discrepancies in a timely and solution-oriented way
• Lead customer service operations in a manufacturing/graphics environment

Requirements

• You have at least two years of experience in customer service or commercial operations, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment and at least one year of experience in a supervisory or team leader role
• You bring a customer-focused mindset and enjoy solving problems and supporting others
• You are comfortable working with pricing, data, and commercial details, with a strong sense of accuracy
• You communicate clearly and confidently with different stakeholders and cultures
• You are well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• You have an analytical approach and are motivated to improve processes and performance
• You are familiar with CRM systems and MS Office tools, especially Excel
• You are proactive, detail-oriented, and bring a positive, collaborative attitude to the team
